This beautifully furnished house with polished floors throughout and strategically placed Kashmir rugs takes in the valley vista and filtered views of the ocean, and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach. 	From where you have parked the car, take the steps down to the front deck and door beyond which is the entrance hall. Off this hall there is a bedroom with a queen size bed, another bedroom with 2 king size single beds, a bathroom with bath, shower and vanity and, a separate toilet.
From the entrance hall, step up to a mezzanine floor and discover a spacious lounge with an extra large leather sofa, and an entertainment cabinet with a flat screen TV, DVD player and music system, a library of DVD'S and CD'S, a dining setting for 8, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, glass cook top, microwave, fridge / freezer and, another set of stairs that lead to the spacious loft master bedroom with its king size bed, day/single bed, walk-in robe and en suite with shower, vanity and toilet. Convection heating.
	and, step down to another living area with two double futons-sofas, TV, DVD and VHS players and games - a special space for the kids, a bedroom with a double size bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a clear glass drinks fridge, and a complete laundry including front loading washing machine and clothes dryer Convection heating here too.
